Batam Spa Villa - Top-notched Service!

I haven't been blogging much about my experiences as a consumer for a while. There is one other resort which I have been trying to do a review on but never really gotten down to doing it. I will do that soon. =) Golden Palm Tree Spa and Resort, if you are interested to know.

Anyway, I just got off the phone with the service-staff from BatamSpaVilla and I must say, they are so wonderful!

I made reservations for 4 pax early this week for a spa package on 21 May (Monday). As usual, they were prompt in replying me and arranging for payment etc.

I got my sister-in-law to make the payment via ibanking yesterday and found out to my horror that the payment would take a few days to clear! I really slipped my mind!

I called immediately to find out how we should proceed. It is already Friday and banks dont work on Sat and Sun (right?). The trip is this coming Monday!

A very nice lady called Pauline called me immediately (I couldnt get her on the phone and I dropped her an email) and reassured me that I could proceed with the trip.

My jaws dropped!

She told me she would collect the money from me after the trip if the transaction is not successful.

I am a sucker for user experiences and absolutely love services like this where there is so much flexibility and trust in their customers!
